We loved this resort. The staff were way nice and super helpful. The office staff, shuttle driver, dock crew, and restaurant staff were all awesome. They all did a great job. Our fish were processed perfectly and everything went great. They were super understanding with getting us setup on our boat and pointing us the right direction with fishing spots and proper gear etc. There were a few changes we had to make last minute and they were super accommodating. We did a charter boat with Rick one day and that was the most amazing fishing ever. Me, my dad and my two brothers had a GREAT time. The food was awesome as well. Thanks!!! There is no light in the shower, the shower leaks into the rest of the bathroom and pools around the toilet, there is yellow water in the toilet, sink and shower, no fan in the bathroom, the walls are paper thin (like you'd find in a single wide trailer, I can hear my neighbor's snoring), stains on the bed sheets, the beds are sagging in the middle, the ceiling is the kind you'd find in an office building (with lights to match) and it stinks of dollar store air freshener (they really over sprayed). Two stars for the location and all that that offers, but this place is basically a low quality motel that's way over priced. Perhaps their tours are incredible and that makes up for the dumpy rooms, I have no idea (boating with friends). Great... Such a great culture they have promoted here...so friendly! Staff and residents have been so welcoming and interesting. We're so glad we came. Very nice and friendly staff. My husband and I rented a boat to go out fishing. The staff was friendly and very polite. It was about $265 for our boat rental and 2 poles and tackle. The boat was nice and clean and big enough for my husband, myself and 2 of our children with loads of space left. We had no problems with the boat at all. We will definitely go back the next time we want to rent a boat.
