Very impressive! Seeing these gigantic, 200+ year old totem poles will leave you feeling awestruck. And the knowledge of the staff makes this a destination you shouldn't miss. Great place, friendly, articulate, informative staff. Be aware, several of the photos posted by others, not the owners, were taken at the saxman tribal center. Don't come here expecting to see the big lodge. Do come to see history and learn. Small place, but very informative. The docent is excellent and answered all of our questions, including the technical ones! Fun visit. We had a great tour guide who shared stories about the living habits, culture, and the stories the totem poles represent. Simple but great and informative museum about local totem history.
